Pricing & Payment

All prices for services are listed on our website or may be provided upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment for services must be made in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [cash, check, credit/debit cards, online payments].

Pickup & Delivery

We provide scheduled pickup and delivery services within 30 miles. Additional charges apply for locations beyond this range.

The Client must ensure access to the rug at the time of pickup and delivery.

Customer Obligation

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the rugs are free from foreign objects that could cause damage during cleaning, such as nails, pins, or personal items.

The customer agrees to inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or special care instructions before the service is performed.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to clean and handle your rugs properly, Mo’s Rug & More is not liable for any damage or loss to your rugs unless the damage is directly caused by our negligence.
